GBThe programmers do not know the first… The programmers do not know the first thing about accounting or bookkeeping. There are very very many obstacles, that if the software creators would work with an accountant or at least try to use the system, then maybe they can try to resolve. They are very proud of their many integrations, but when it boils down to regular day yo day functionality, not very user friendly.

GBCustomer service is zero Customer service is zero, but the software is great pray you never have to contact them. You can never get someone on the phone, the robot that chats with you has predetermined answers that have nothing to do with your issue. I need to update my payment status. I was locked out, and could not reach anyone to update payment info..... please call me apfolio 559-461-7368

GBQuestionable practices. The software is just okay not noteworthy enough to find a site to write a review. But recently they did a sneaky money grab changing from free Echeck for years to a 2.50 fee via 4AM email 20 days ahead of time to be automatically applied without opt in ($5+ for tenants with multiple people on the lease who pay independently). They say they “waived” the fee in the past, but I don’t remember it having been presented that way.

GBCustomer service has become very hard… Customer service has become very hard to come by. Obnoxious change to tenant ach fees shows the arrogant nature of this company. Their "vote" method of improving things sucks, especially when you just need something done.
