GBCustomer service is zero Customer service is zero, but the software is great pray you never have to contact them. You can never get someone on the phone, the robot that chats with you has predetermined answers that have nothing to do with your issue. I need to update my payment status. I was locked out, and could not reach anyone to update payment info..... please call me apfolio 559-461-7368

GBBeware of AppFolio User Fees! AppFolio is now charging apartment owners about $2.50 per month per unit to withdraw money automatically from our bank accounts. This is bizarre. No other company I've ever dealt with has charged for automatic monthly payments from bank accounts. Time to get rid of AppFolio and go back to mailing checks every month, which my bank will do for free with its bill payment system.

GBConsumer Rights Violations The recent addition of $2.49 service fee for eCheck transactions is another example of greed. If any fee is needed it should be passed along to the property owners, not the renters. There is now no way to pay online without adding fees. This is completely ridiculous and asinine. I will be reporting to the State Attorney General and BBB for consumer rights violations.

GBThis is kind of a horrible company This is kind of a horrible company. I sent them an inquiry to partner with them, which they took forever to respond only to tell me that basically they didn’t have time for the on boarding and I wasn’t important enough lol. Don’t use them

GBEasy to use and great functionality The system works very well, and the team works on upgrades that are suggested by the actual users. For commercial properties there are still some things that could be better, but we were told at the conference this year that commercial would be a focus in 2024. Hope so!!
