Best Property Management Software Best Property Management Software I am using Appfolio since 2013 and I have helped many USA-based real estate-related firms such as Property Managers, Brokers, and Investors. Appfolio is improving each day and I love doing Bank reconciliations (Triple Tie) and posting Management Fees, Owner payments are really easy. Consumer Rights Violations The recent addition of $2.49 service fee for eCheck transactions is another example of greed. If any fee is needed it should be passed along to the property owners, not the renters. There is now no way to pay online without adding fees. This is completely ridiculous and asinine. I will be reporting to the State Attorney General and BBB for consumer rights violations.

Good but use to be great Great software and have been using for 10+ years now. It does exactly what we want the software to do however, we do not feel valued as a customer with the most recent price changes feel like they are trying to nickel and dime you along the way. Use to highly recommend but, would suggest looking around first before choosing now.

Appfolio has regressed with technology… Appfolio has regressed with technology that people expect to help their daily lives. Many software and industries in general offer free ACH echeck options. After Appfolio pushed to get many residents paying online, they have begun to charge $2.49 per transaction. This is fee is not substantiated. They say they want to be progressive, but removing a free automatic payment option is a step backwards for most people. Paying with checks are now necessary again, which is ridiculous!
