GBCharging me an insane amount of money… Charging me an insane amount of money for rent, then they closed ALL of the amenities even though it is not required by law. They are now refusing to negotiate a rent concession even though my rent is $3,500 and I have no access to any outdoor spaces or the gym that I PAID FOR! To break my lease, which I just re-signed on March 1st not expecting to have ZERO amenities, they are going to charge me $7,000. Remember, tenants, WE HAVE LEGAL OPTIONS!

GBOne of the worst apartment experiences… One of the worst apartment experiences I have had. Management continually lied about expectations of ongoing construction projects which were carried out at noise levels above what is legally permitted. Some tenants were able to break their leases while others were asked to pay 2 months rent to move while construction continued for more than half the year. Simply appalling.

GBZERO benefits - Disgusting front office and care I recently visited my daughter and I was amazed at the horrid customer care. Packages consistently go missing, hallways and common areas are filthy. They market package lockers and you pay for this convenience in the rent, but the complex refuses to set them up so residents can utilize. The homeless camp in and around the building accessing units. The response from the apartment complex and the holding company was to lock doors and just suck up that packages get stolen. Unacceptable! Especially when you pay a premium for the "perks" described in the rental agreement. Disgusted and horrible customer care.

GBEquity does not make smart decisions Equity does not make smart decisions. Our elevators have been broken for years, they continually break down causing long delays. Equity decided to renovate the entrance/lobby (when it was completely fine) for millions instead of fixing the elevators because "it wasn't time yet." Additionally, tenants have asked for a key fob to be placed on a side door. When the quote came back for a few thousand dollars, it was denied, despite the multimillion dollar renovation already underway. We have also been asking for dog feces DNA testing because so many careless owners don't clean up after their dogs in the court yard. I have had to replace three pairs of shoes now because I have stepped in it while walking. Equity does not care about tenant happiness, only the bottom line. Eventually this will catch up with them.
