I would give them ZERO stars if that… I would give them ZERO stars if that were an option. I don't even live with them and find them terrible. I live next door to a property managed by Goal Properties and their contracted crew stepped over to my property line and destroyed my flower beds. Now they won't take responsibility for their actions. Don't rent from them, they won't take care of you!

DO NOT RENT HERE! I moved out and provided a forwarding address so they did not send me a final bill with my security deposit. Come to find out they immediately sent it to collections. I paid my rent on time the ENTIRE time I was there. Left the property in better condition than I received it.

This will be my second year with Goal… This will be my second year with Goal Properties and I couldn't be happier! My Agent Destinee Cilien is just beyond words. She is one of the nicest people I have ever met. When the leasing agent I originally leased from left I was upset but I have to say that after she and I spoke for the first time I was happier then I was to begin with. I wasn't treated like just some tenant she took the time to actually get to know me. If I need to reach out to her she is always available or gets back to me very quickly. I really feel "at home" and I look forward to staying here and knowing she is here is a comfort. I do have to say she is definitely an asset to your company and your tenants.

I've called the maintenance line… I've called the maintenance line several times about the same issues that are not being addressed nor fixed. This house is run down, cabinets falling apart, holes in the wall and back of the house where rats gain entry. It is a health hazard and NOBODY should have to live like this. I want it fixed NOW and I've definitely documented it and will take whatever steps necessary. If I do t pay my rent there is a problem. So I need you all to do your job like you want to be paid. At this point I have a slumlord. I'm sick of it!!! Escalate me to someone who cares! It's 4 a.m in the morning and I'm looking at a rat in my living room because if unaddressed issues on your end! Your maintenance line is a joke. Nothing is beind fixed! This is a health hazard and I have babies that have to live like this due to lack of responsibility on your end. IM SICK OF IT!

Don't Pay Fees Before Calling First I don't recommend paying this company any money or fees until you pick up the phone and call them first and gain a thorough understanding of their refund process should they accept another applicant and not you. I called, but couldn't get a straight answer and ended with no comfort level that they were operating their business transparently. Why was the house still being advertised this morning for rent and taking applications and fees on Zillow.com when I was just told by the Agent they had approved a tenant before today?
