Kristin Gotta Thank you for all of your… Kristin Gotta Thank you for all of your help you were the only person I was able to reach to help me during our moving out. I left emails and phone messages for the manager and never received a call or email back. Thanks to Kristin I got everything done.

BEWARE BEWARE They don't provide maintenance for emergencies in a timely manner. They fail to honor agreements written and verbal, they over charge on every aspect. The only way they can improve is to dissolve the company.

Goal Properties is now Bridge Homes Goal Properties is now Bridge Homes. It's a bitter experience for me when it comes to Customer Service. I have rented from them for about 5 years. This year has been the absolute worst. It has been one month of chasing a human down. No one answers the phone in the Charlotte office. They don't return calls. Neither do they reply to your messages through their online portal. I am building my own home, and will always remember how far I have came. I am blessed and lucky enough to ESCAPE. I will be able to write my notice soon, clean the property, and return the keys.😇

THIS COMPANY WILL ROB YOU!!! THIS COMPANY WILL ROB YOU!!! House is super outdated, not properly insulated so half the house be an entire different temperature than the other. I've had to throw out belongings in my garage due to a bad leak that I've requested to be fixed and still hasn't in over 30 days. Their late fee charges are complete robbery and that doesn't include the additional $50 charge to send a letter to say you're late like you don't receive an email EVERYDAY. I highly recommend avoiding Goal Properties/Bridge Homes. Once this lease is up, I will never rent from them again.

If I could have given them negative… If I could have given them negative zero stars I would have. All they do is ignore your requests. Leave there homes in crap condition and constantly send new techs to your home to take pictures of the issue but never follow through to fix them. Worst move decision ever.
