Goal Properties Jacksonville After writing a lengthy review several months back about all of the problems we have had with Goal Properties I deleted them once the issues were resolved (finally). Well now we have another problem. They did not notify us at all and put a lock box in our front door and have been in and out of the house without our knowledge. Our lease doesn’t end for weeks. Our belongings are still in the house and we are technically still occupying the home. No email, call or texts. Goal has automated systems, no one ever knows what is going on and good luck getting anything fixed. We had 3 dishwashers put in and had lived there for 3 months before that was resolved. When you pay thousands of dollars a month to live in a home you expect things to be in working condition and a reliable avenue of communication.

I've called the maintenance line… I've called the maintenance line several times about the same issues that are not being addressed nor fixed. This house is run down, cabinets falling apart, holes in the wall and back of the house where rats gain entry. It is a health hazard and NOBODY should have to live like this. I want it fixed NOW and I've definitely documented it and will take whatever steps necessary. If I do t pay my rent there is a problem. So I need you all to do your job like you want to be paid. At this point I have a slumlord. I'm sick of it!!! Escalate me to someone who cares! It's 4 a.m in the morning and I'm looking at a rat in my living room because if unaddressed issues on your end! Your maintenance line is a joke. Nothing is beind fixed! This is a health hazard and I have babies that have to live like this due to lack of responsibility on your end. IM SICK OF IT!

Refuses to fix mold in home. What a horrible place to rent from. The property managers don't give a rip if you have a serious issue like mold. Since hurricane ian, we had a leak coming from underneath our foundation in the master bedroom. The tac boards were disintegrated which means that this isn't the first leak to this home. Once we lifted up the carpet and pad we observed an extreme amount of mold underneath. 1175 luke ave bartow fl. They have since refused to fix the mold issue and here it is January 8th 2023. The most they did was have at least 8 different people come "look" at the mold but nothing has been done except a carpet cleaning. The drywall was soaked from the leak and created more mold on the walls. We lived in that home with an elderly 96 year old as well as children in our home and the property managers could careless about our well being. This company is a joke and refuses to fix major problems they only put a "bandaid" to cover up the problem. This is by far the worst rental management company iut there. Please avoid renting from them to save yourself heartaches and pain and sickness.

Slum Lords / Cons I truly wish I would’ve read these reviews a year ago. To start when I got into the house it was in horrible condition; filthy, broken, and not taken care of at all. I contacted several personnel before anyone even came out, just so they could say everything was cosmetic and not their issue. Now that it has came time to renew my lease I was hit with a $200 increase. The average rent increase for Jacksonville, FL is 3-5% for this year, and they’re expecting a 10% increase in rent. I have a meeting scheduled with the Installation CDR and SJA to have this company black listed for service members and veterans; this is my warning for all other civilians.

Worst experience I’ve ever had I’m a… Worst experience I’ve ever had I’m a single woman that lives by myself and I had the maintenance company come fix a door that was giving me problems and instead of fixing it the maintenance person made it 10 times worse to the point I could not lock my back door and it was wide open and it was like that for four days. And on top of that, I was charged for gutter cleaning when I never made a work order for gutter cleaning, nor was told to me that the gutters were even cleaned. Absolutely ridiculous and very unprofessional.
