GBTHIS COMPANY WILL ROB YOU!!! THIS COMPANY WILL ROB YOU!!! House is super outdated, not properly insulated so half the house be an entire different temperature than the other. I've had to throw out belongings in my garage due to a bad leak that I've requested to be fixed and still hasn't in over 30 days. Their late fee charges are complete robbery and that doesn't include the additional $50 charge to send a letter to say you're late like you don't receive an email EVERYDAY. I highly recommend avoiding Goal Properties/Bridge Homes. Once this lease is up, I will never rent from them again.

GBMy ac went out My ac went out, of course on a holiday weekend on 09/03/2021 after 5 pm and we had to wait until 09/07/2021 they couldn’t come until the 09/08/2021and of course Goal couldn’t get a hold of anyone in maintenance. It was a lot of back and fourth. And Goal was having a hard time communicating back with us and also the maintenance people .so they are horrible at communicating.Now we have been without A/C for 3 weeks. So now my whole family is suffering in the humidity and heat all this time and yes they give us floor a/c unit but it only freshens the kitchen. and I can’t speak with anyone at goal. No one cares we don’t have ac it’s 95 degrees outside.it’s now getting cooler outside. This is completely unacceptable. Because we just got this company we use to have national real estate but recently change to Goal. And now I know why they have 2 stars

GBHORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE SERVICE. It has taken multiple negative interactions for me to finally write this. Worst maintenance company I could have ever asked for. WHAT A SHAME to assign this to such a lovely home. The people on the phones don't listen and the people who come fix things don't communicate or don't speak english at all.

GBWorst experience I’ve ever had I’m a… Worst experience I’ve ever had I’m a single woman that lives by myself and I had the maintenance company come fix a door that was giving me problems and instead of fixing it the maintenance person made it 10 times worse to the point I could not lock my back door and it was wide open and it was like that for four days. And on top of that, I was charged for gutter cleaning when I never made a work order for gutter cleaning, nor was told to me that the gutters were even cleaned. Absolutely ridiculous and very unprofessional.
