Worst experience I’ve ever had I’m a… Worst experience I’ve ever had I’m a single woman that lives by myself and I had the maintenance company come fix a door that was giving me problems and instead of fixing it the maintenance person made it 10 times worse to the point I could not lock my back door and it was wide open and it was like that for four days. And on top of that, I was charged for gutter cleaning when I never made a work order for gutter cleaning, nor was told to me that the gutters were even cleaned. Absolutely ridiculous and very unprofessional.

HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE SERVICE. It has taken multiple negative interactions for me to finally write this. Worst maintenance company I could have ever asked for. WHAT A SHAME to assign this to such a lovely home. The people on the phones don't listen and the people who come fix things don't communicate or don't speak english at all.

If you are a military veteran don't… If you are a military veteran don't even consider this company. I am located in Texas and you would think they would want to work with a veteran, right? Wrong! This company is the worst. No sort of compassion or anything. Just a quick no we don't work with programs like yours and that's that with them. I'm in the SSVF program and no help at all.
