Good Maintenance Experience We had a variety of minor issues around the apartment. Althea was very helpful arranging for peole to come and fix them, and is super fast at responding to emails when we had questions. The maintenance person was very professional, fixed what could be fixed, and explained what still needed a follow up. We have been able to get everything handled, though sometimes the online form to submit issues is clunky. Not every room is covered, and there is a 200 character limit on providing info which can make it hard to describe anything unusual. But once we are able to email back and forth with the staff it goes more smoothly.

Trash Company and Service Same as everyone else. cannot get a response. They confirmed rent increase in November but somehow collected incorrect rent for 3 months. No one wants to pay me the back rent. Breach of contract.

Lease Renewal Paul did a good job getting the lease renewal completed quickly. Thanks Paul! I would hope though that this process would be more automatic/ initiated by Poplarhomes rather than the owner having to reach out to move the process along. I was told this was supposed to be done within the 90 period before lease expires but No one reached out to me. I had to contact Poplarhomes myself.

This enterprise provides such little value that I feel like I"m being robbed. Stay as far away from them as you can. They are unresponsive, inept, and disorganized. I wouldn't let them manage a lego house.
