Ordered personalized harness in January Ordered personalized harness in January, received ONLY velcro name badges but NO HARNESS. Jessica from Company said “they said they sent it” ahhh, no you didn’t! Still waiting! very upset that emails go unanswered! What a disappointment

Comfortable Quality Harness The harness is wonderful and my dog really seems to be comfortable in it. I’m only giving 4 stars however because shipping took almost 2 weeks. I tried to reach out and see what the delay was but never got a response. Regardless I would purchase again and recommend their harnesses.

Body harness snap unsnapped three times One of the body harness snaps unsnapped itself on three separate occasions. This allowed our dog to break free and run wide circles from us and took four people to capture the dog. He had enjoyed the runs but left us unhappy. We went out an bought a simpler body harness and it has worked without a problem. The velcro name tag was larger than the place it was to attached to on the harness. We cut it down to make it fit.

Don’t buy. Scam. Horrific customer service. Do not buy from this company. They suck!!!!!!! We ordered a harness with our dogs name on it two months before his one year anniversary with us and haven’t received anything. The tracking number tells me that it’s on it’s way but hasn’t left Anaheim, California since purchasing. I’ve emailed and messaged this company multiple times and haven’t heard anything. I wish I read reviews before purchasing. Lesson learned. Find a different company.

Did not receive item Did not receive item. My credit card was charged. I have attempted several times to reach out via email with no reply. Additionally, when checking their online store, it says this ecommerce store is closed at this time. There is no other way to contact them.
