GBProduct is off measurement, smells of chemicals 60 x 80 is more like 55 x 75 inches which is disappointing. Smells very much of chemicals, so much i wouldn't let my dogs near it until washed THEN following the gentle and hang dry instructions left the mat incredibly clumpy and hair fell out. Do not recommend. Not even worth returning

GBMY Appreciation Dear All: I have 7 PAW Beds and 5 waterproof Throws... I couldn't be happier with these PAW products, washable and comfortable. My SENIOR Golden TRescues who have been severly abused need this comfort. I had one issue which Ms. Faye took care of and for that I am truly grateful. Try Paw.com out, YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID! GBREAD THE FINE PRINT!!!!! READ THE FINE PRINT! This company does not allow you to return anything. If you open the package, you cannot return it--even if you decide the product is sub-standard. I ordered a large throw for my dogs. I opened the package and realized that it was not what I expected. You cannot tell anything about the product unless you open the package! Within minutes after receiving it, I went online to start a return and found they don't accept returns if you open the package! How does one know what they are getting if they don't open the package? In fact, the product is packaged in a way so you can only tell what it's like by opening it. At that time, I went to sites like Trustpilot and saw their horrible reviews. (The reviews on their site must be fake) I'm stuck with this awful throw, which I will wash numerous times and donate to a shelter. Make sure to avoid the same mistake.

GBAMAZING SERVICE, Stands by their product I am THRILLED with Paw.com. My orthopedic dog bed is amazing, but to wash it, you have to take it apart and unstuff the side rails. The material that holds the stuffing was taking a beating after washing it a few times so I was looking to buy a replacement stuffing, but the company sent me a whole new bed to make up for the defect despite my owning the bed for about 2 years. Amazing experience and highly rated!

GBnon existent customer service Ordered a replacement bed cover because ours disintegrated with washing. The wrong size came and when I tried to return it their customer service ghosted me. When I finally got the online return to work (by changing my address to someone elses) they CHARGED ME $20 because THEY decided to donate the item to a place in vegas. How about you simply send me the correct item in exchange for this one? I won't buy their overpriced low quality products again. PS. I couldn't figure out how to leave a google review, which is a red flag.
