AMAZING SERVICE, Stands by their product I am THRILLED with Paw.com. My orthopedic dog bed is amazing, but to wash it, you have to take it apart and unstuff the side rails. The material that holds the stuffing was taking a beating after washing it a few times so I was looking to buy a replacement stuffing, but the company sent me a whole new bed to make up for the defect despite my owning the bed for about 2 years. Amazing experience and highly rated!

PAW king size cover I love ordering from PAW. We have 3 beds, 4 covers and I recently purchased 2 king size covers for my large reclining love seating. We have 2 english bulldogs. They LOVE their PAW beds. I will upload a photo of my recent purchase if I can figure out how.

They never sent product stated there… They never sent product stated there confusion with my order states sent it out right away still never received it called 1800 number no one answers. I will never do business again with this company they are thieves. Don't order anything from this company. They asked if I want to update I did get refund. Still won't use this company.

I have always loved this company's… I have always loved this company's product, but my recent experience with their customer experience/response made me love them even more. I will one hundred percent continue to recommend their items and be a return customer. Thank you for being a company that is easy to want to buy from. Their throw blankets are on all our furniture to avoid unwanted stains from our two year old who seems to have a habit of touching everything after she east berries.
