NO RESPONSE. TRIED EMAILING CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO RESPONSE. I WAS CHARGED FOR FULL ORDER AND DIDN'T RECEIVE AN ITEM. NO WAY TO REACH COMPANY. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER "SERVICE". NO OPTION BUT TO CALL CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND OBJECT TO CHARGE FOR GOODS NOT RECEIVED

GBnon existent customer service Ordered a replacement bed cover because ours disintegrated with washing. The wrong size came and when I tried to return it their customer service ghosted me. When I finally got the online return to work (by changing my address to someone elses) they CHARGED ME $20 because THEY decided to donate the item to a place in vegas. How about you simply send me the correct item in exchange for this one? I won't buy their overpriced low quality products again. PS. I couldn't figure out how to leave a google review, which is a red flag.

I reached out to customer service with some questions about these cooling products and my questions were quickly and thoroughly answered. Excellent customer service.

GBI ordered a Tempur-Pedic dog bed I ordered a Tempur-Pedic dog bed, which arrived fast, however, the bed never inflated. I called and emailed for 8 days straight, left messages and never got a single response. I requested a replacement item or full refund and only got crickets. DO NOT BUT FROM THEM. They suck and are 100% unresponsive.

GBPAW king size cover I love ordering from PAW. We have 3 beds, 4 covers and I recently purchased 2 king size covers for my large reclining love seating. We have 2 english bulldogs. They LOVE their PAW beds. I will upload a photo of my recent purchase if I can figure out how.
