READ THE FINE PRINT!!!!! READ THE FINE PRINT! This company does not allow you to return anything. If you open the package, you cannot return it--even if you decide the product is sub-standard. I ordered a large throw for my dogs. I opened the package and realized that it was not what I expected. You cannot tell anything about the product unless you open the package! Within minutes after receiving it, I went online to start a return and found they don't accept returns if you open the package! How does one know what they are getting if they don't open the package? In fact, the product is packaged in a way so you can only tell what it's like by opening it. At that time, I went to sites like Trustpilot and saw their horrible reviews. (The reviews on their site must be fake) I'm stuck with this awful throw, which I will wash numerous times and donate to a shelter. Make sure to avoid the same mistake.

Purchased a dog bed Purchased a bed, kept checking tracking showing not dispatched, contacted company, message back from Reno Mascorin, saying being processed. Then site email disappeared, no more messages, but month later another payment pending from my account for another similar named site, bank said a link had been clicked and a direct debit had been arranged ?, bank very helpful check your accounts. No dogs bed.

I have emailed them a dozen times about… I have emailed them a dozen times about an item I purchased. I have yet to receive a reply. I am currently thinking they created this company thinking it was a passive income stream but not realizing that they would need to be involved for customer satisfaction. I won’t buy from them again.

I contacted PAW support concerning the shedding of a faux fur bed cover I contacted PAW support concerning a previous purchase. Support group were very helpful, and guided me until the issue was resolved! Great costumer service!

They never sent product stated there… They never sent product stated there confusion with my order states sent it out right away still never received it called 1800 number no one answers. I will never do business again with this company they are thieves. Don't order anything from this company. They asked if I want to update I did get refund. Still won't use this company.
