GBHORRIBLE CUSTOMER… HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GOT PARTIAL ORDER. UNABLE TO TRACK ON SITE. CALLED FIVE TIMES - GOT VOICEMAIL. LEFT MESSAGES - NO CALL BACK!!!!!! TRIED CHATTING ONLINE. NO RESPONSE. TRIED EMAILING CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO RESPONSE. I WAS CHARGED FOR FULL ORDER AND DIDN'T RECEIVE AN ITEM. NO WAY TO REACH COMPANY. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER "SERVICE". NO OPTION BUT TO CALL CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND OBJECT TO CHARGE FOR GOODS NOT RECEIVED

GBThey never sent product stated there… They never sent product stated there confusion with my order states sent it out right away still never received it called 1800 number no one answers. I will never do business again with this company they are thieves. Don't order anything from this company. They asked if I want to update I did get refund. Still won't use this company.

CAI have emailed them a dozen times about… I have emailed them a dozen times about an item I purchased. I have yet to receive a reply. I am currently thinking they created this company thinking it was a passive income stream but not realizing that they would need to be involved for customer satisfaction. I won’t buy from them again.

GBGreat experience with customer service!! Had a great experience with customer service at paw.com! Ordered a product and when I checked my order, I realized I ordered the wrong color. Sent Paw an email and response was within 15 minutes! They were able to change the color! Feeling really excited about getting the product!!
