Great company, great product! I am not one to write reviews, good or bad, but this is a great company with a great product! I have 3 of their blankets now and I love them and so do my dogs. Their customer service is top notch as well. I have purchased other, supposedly water proof blankets and they are far inferior to this company’s products. I would definitely recommend them & I am sure I will make future purchases with them. Don’t waste your time or money on others.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Awful customer Service. I left a bad review and they responded saying please email us so we can fix this. And it was just an auto generated response that had nothing to do with my complaint. A terrible company with people that don’t give a crap even when they send you wrong items.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER… HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GOT PARTIAL ORDER. UNABLE TO TRACK ON SITE. CALLED FIVE TIMES - GOT VOICEMAIL. LEFT MESSAGES - NO CALL BACK!!!!!! TRIED CHATTING ONLINE. NO RESPONSE. TRIED EMAILING CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO RESPONSE. I WAS CHARGED FOR FULL ORDER AND DIDN'T RECEIVE AN ITEM. NO WAY TO REACH COMPANY. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER "SERVICE". NO OPTION BUT TO CALL CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND OBJECT TO CHARGE FOR GOODS NOT RECEIVED

MY Appreciation Dear All: I have 7 PAW Beds and 5 waterproof Throws... I couldn't be happier with these PAW products, washable and comfortable. My SENIOR Golden TRescues who have been severly abused need this comfort. I had one issue which Ms. Faye took care of and for that I am truly grateful. Try Paw.com out, YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID! I have emailed them a dozen times about… I have emailed them a dozen times about an item I purchased. I have yet to receive a reply. I am currently thinking they created this company thinking it was a passive income stream but not realizing that they would need to be involved for customer satisfaction. I won’t buy from them again.
