GBGreat experience with customer service!! Had a great experience with customer service at paw.com! Ordered a product and when I checked my order, I realized I ordered the wrong color. Sent Paw an email and response was within 15 minutes! They were able to change the color! Feeling really excited about getting the product!!

CAI have emailed them a dozen times about… I have emailed them a dozen times about an item I purchased. I have yet to receive a reply. I am currently thinking they created this company thinking it was a passive income stream but not realizing that they would need to be involved for customer satisfaction. I won’t buy from them again.

GBnon existent customer service Ordered a replacement bed cover because ours disintegrated with washing. The wrong size came and when I tried to return it their customer service ghosted me. When I finally got the online return to work (by changing my address to someone elses) they CHARGED ME $20 because THEY decided to donate the item to a place in vegas. How about you simply send me the correct item in exchange for this one? I won't buy their overpriced low quality products again. PS. I couldn't figure out how to leave a google review, which is a red flag.

GBREAD THE FINE PRINT!!!!! READ THE FINE PRINT! This company does not allow you to return anything. If you open the package, you cannot return it--even if you decide the product is sub-standard. I ordered a large throw for my dogs. I opened the package and realized that it was not what I expected. You cannot tell anything about the product unless you open the package! Within minutes after receiving it, I went online to start a return and found they don't accept returns if you open the package! How does one know what they are getting if they don't open the package? In fact, the product is packaged in a way so you can only tell what it's like by opening it. At that time, I went to sites like Trustpilot and saw their horrible reviews. (The reviews on their site must be fake) I'm stuck with this awful throw, which I will wash numerous times and donate to a shelter. Make sure to avoid the same mistake.

GBI have always loved this company's… I have always loved this company's product, but my recent experience with their customer experience/response made me love them even more. I will one hundred percent continue to recommend their items and be a return customer. Thank you for being a company that is easy to want to buy from. Their throw blankets are on all our furniture to avoid unwanted stains from our two year old who seems to have a habit of touching everything after she east berries.
